Pressure Wash and Paver Restoration, a family owned and operated business. I've lived in St. Augustine since '96 and our business goal is the same as my personal which is building long-term relationships. As my primary focus is quality, through extensive research and training, our primary cleaning technique is SoftWash, which is a low pressure wash of cleaning solutions which is far superior than pressure washing.

3-sTEP cONCRETE CLEANING PROCESS
Pretreat concrete with our fungicide eliminator, followed by using our commercial surface cleaner, then post-treat with our fungicide concrete cleaning solution.
4-step
paver restoration
1. Treat pavers with our organic growth eliminator.

2. Deep clean with our commercial surface cleaner.

3. Fill paver joints with sand.
​
4. Spray two applications of our high quality sealer which contains a bonding agent to penetrate and harden the sand. While protecting pavers, our sealer provides an amazing wet-look finish and typically lasts at least 3 years.
